Bulletin Publisher’s Schedule

Year A - 2005 

Thank you for taking on this very important, all-consuming J ministry!  Responsibilities include:  publishing a correct and accurate bulletin for every Sunday and any special holy day during your month; running off said bulletin; and changing the numbers on the Hymn Board if not already done. 

FOR BULLETIN PUBLISHERS:  PLEASE USE A LITURGICAL CALENDAR, AVAILABLE AT THE CHURCH, TO LABEL YOUR SUNDAYS AND GET YOUR READINGS !   For consistency’s sake, please use either Times Roman or Book Antiqua at an 11 or 12 point.  BE SURE TO CHECK FOR NEW PRAYER PETITIONS ON THE BOARD AT THE BACK OF THE CHURCH EACH WEEK!  A monthly schedule of hymns will be available by the first week of each month.

FOR BULLETIN COPIERS:  If you have any problems with the copier, please let Joyce know ASAP.  Also, if you have any questions, big or small, about any bulletin or copier related items, please call Joyce ASAP.  The bulletin is our friend and guide during a service!  If you need assistance or time off, please feel free to switch with someone; just let Joyce know!  Thank you!
